Martin Vale Dentistry - Free dental screenings available at Eaglehawk Secondary College

The Child Dental Benefit Scheme - $1,000 worth of dental care over a 2 year period.
Government funding is available for students up to 17 years of age and the majority of secondary school students are eligible. To make access to this free dental care as easy as possible the team at Martin Vale Dentistry will visit ESC to conduct free dental screenings. Dates below.
The screening will determine if dental care is required. Parents will be notified, and appointments made for the needed treatment to take place at Martin Vale Dentistry’s comfortable private practice in Queen Street, Bendigo.

This is a great opportunity to have Bendigo’s most experienced dental practice take care of your child’s dental needs with a minimum of fuss. Having dental issues treated now will reduce the possibility of preventable problems occurring in the future when funding expires.
Scheduled date:
Year 7 to 10    -      August 21st
If you wish for your child to participate in the complimentary screenings, please complete and return the consent form by Monday 19th August 2019

Consent forms have been distributed to students via their learning communities and need to be returned to the school office as soon as possible however no later than Monday 19th
 August.
Copies will also be available for parents at the school office.
