ESC offers a Pathways service to all of its students. This involves career advice, assistance with subject and course selections, resume writing, obtaining part time or casual employment and a wide variety of vocational programs.

The Pathways area in Senior Grieve has a range of resources available to students including information about apprenticeships,traineeships adn teritiary institutions.

For Year 10 students some Teacher Advisory time is allocated to preparing for work experience, exploring post year 10 options and preparing individualised Managed Individual Pathways Plans.

ESC offers a large range of Vocational Education and Training (VET) subjects including Buidling and Construction, Engineering, Hospitality and Community Recreation/Fitness.  In addition there are numerous other VET options available through the Trade Training Centre.  (TTC).
