ESC offers a Pathways service to all of its students. This involves career advice, assistance with subject and course selections, resume writing, obtaining part time or casual employment and a wide variety of vocational programs.

Pathways provides a referral service to a range of other student support services such as Youth Pathways and Managed Individual Pathways. The Pathways area (in Senior Sub School) has a range of resources available to students.

Students in year 10 have Pathways classes to provide support to complete work experience and make choices for their education, training or employment beyond ESC.
